An excellent graduated amethyst to clear crystal scent flask, with a cork lined, foliate scrollwork silver screw top with vacant cartouche, and silver screw collar. The body is cut with large intaglio star patterns between parallel grooves. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1896, maker's mark "CM" for Charles May. 5¼in/13.3cm high.
