An American made, very high grade watch, of the type approved for use by the American railroads. It has a screw together, gold filled case, with lever-set hands ( as required by the railroad ). To set the time, the bezel must be screwed off, the lever at 1 pulled out & the crown turned. This is so that the time can not be accidently altered when in use. The 21 jewel movement is adjusted to 5 positions & is signed CRESCENT St. WALTHAM MASS. The serial number is 24605919 dateing the watch to 1924. The dial is excellent, just a tiny, very faint hairline running from the sub' seconds dial downwards. In excellent working order.
 Condition: Excellent
 Dimensions: 1,15/16" (50mm) diameter
