A Second World War British army issue Swiss made pocket watch. The chrome plated case is very good, some wear at the edges, it has screw-on front & rear covers. The rear cover has the military markings GS/TP (General Service Temporary Pattern), the War Dep't arrow & serial number 062155. The glass is excellent, the dial is very good, slightly age darkened (the dark shadows are reflections on the glass). The lever movement is marked 15 JEWELS SWISS MADE. It is running well & keeping good time. The watch has it's protective outer case (most of these have been lost or broken) This is in very good condition apart from the perspex lens which has yellowed & is very scratched.
