A good spherical dressing table bottle, with a hinged, indented turban silver top and plain collar. The sterling top is embellished with a relief flower head band and the bottle comes complete with glass stopper. The bottle has step cut shoulders, the body is cut with alternating bands of diamond panels and wide convex edge bands with diamond studs; the base is enhanced with a radial burst. Hallmarked for Birmingham 1910, maker's mark "JD" over "WD" for John and William Deakin.
