This brooch is made from tested 18 ct gold. It is oval and set with a cabouchon garnet with a central rose cut diamond in a star shaped gold setting. Around the garnet is a bead decoration with a delicate rope twist around the edge.
Condition: Very Good. Very slight denting to the gold mount and back of the brooch
