Antique Spider Pendant with a fine gold chain. This is a beautifully detailed Art Nouveau Spider pendant with an encircled cobweb and spider set with two amethysts and a seed pearl. The pendant has a fine border in white enamel. Stamped 9ct on the back. Measuring 1 inch in diameter (2.6 cm). The chain is a later spiral twist in 9ct gold, 18 ins in length (46 cm). In excellent original condition with only minor variation in the enamel which appears to be as originally made. A superb example of genuine Art Nouveau English jewellery for the collector.
