MACINTYRE HAZELNUT SCENT PERFUME BOTTLE SILVER TOP

A scarce and most charming scent bottle, realistically modelled as a hazelnut. The bottle has a cork lined, sterling silver top and screw collar. Hallmarks partially rubbed, but readable for Birmingham 1891, base of the nut with registry number 89920 issued in 1887 to James Macintyre & Co Ltd, Washington China Works, Burslem.

Condition: Good

Dimensions: A little over 1½in/3.8cm high.
