An attractive amber glass attar bottle - also known as a Teardrop, Oxford Lavender, or Throwaway. The bottle is decorated to the front and back with raised enamelled rhomboids in white with orange centre dots, pastel blue flower heads, and gilt scrollwork. The sides are embellished with white beading, as well as stylised flower heads with blue dot centres. Circa 1830, probably made either in Bohemia or England.

Dimensions: 6in/15.2cm long.
