A fine solid silver mounted hatpin intricately pierced in a compressed globe form and set with a faceted cut amethyst glass top. The point has a tapered cylinder and ball brass safety housing.
Highly collectible, the craftsmanship is of an extremely high standard, fashioned to produce a beautiful article in very good condition.
Hallmarked for Birmingham 1908.
