Silver and Enamel Arts & Crafts Brooch by Charles Horner. A superbly crafted brooch with an enamel section surrounded by a fancy edge of swirls and vibrant enamelled centre in deep blues with hints of green. In excellent original condition with no damage to the enamel and fully working clasp. Fully Hallmarked Chester Silver marks for 1908 and clear initials C.H. for Charles Horner.
