An Unrecorded Hilditch Trio

A porcelain teacup, coffee cup and saucer made at the Hilditch factory around 1835 and decorated in an unrecorded, flow blue pattern of stylized shells and seaweed(?) and highlighted with gilding. The base of the saucer bears the pattern number, 655, in gold.
Condition: Very Good. There is a small, hairline crack on the rim of the coffee cup, to the rear of the handle. There is also some very minor wear to the gold trim on the foot rims of the two cups.
Dimensions: Tea cup 5.5cm high x 9.8cm diameter. Coffee cup 7.3cm high x 9.0cm diameter. Saucer 14.7cm diameter
