A Machin Bute Shape Tea Cup and Saucer

Item# 33876 |
A fine, porcelain, tea cup and saucer form the factory of Joseph Machin, made in Staffordshire around 1810. The plain white ground decorated with stylized leaf drops all in gold. The bases of both pieces are marked with the hand written pattern number, 252.
Condition: Excellent. No chips, cracks, wear or restoration
Dimensions: Cup: 6.0cm high x 8.0cm diameter, excluding the handle. Saucer: 14.2cm in diameter
