Vintage Umbrella Silver Double Layer Amethyst Jewels Set Handle

Silver and amethyst floral umbrella with decorative stones set handle. This is fabulous ornamental vintage 1950s umbrella used for special occasions such as Ascot, theatre, weddings; has the appearance of little use. The canopy is a double layer, with the outer side in plain royal blue fabric and a scalloped edge. The interior reveals a beautiful and contrasting blue check background with vibrant crimson flowers. The highly detailed silver metal pole has a textured bamboo diamond pattern and topped with a silver weave handle set with three enormous acrylic amethyst stones. The silver is most probably silver plate. A very good quality umbrella, can also be used as a parasol, it is a terrific addition for the vintage accessories collector.
Condition: Excellent.
