Attractive slightly concave, engraved Vesta case with striker on the bottom edge. Plain heartshaped shield on the front for initials, the rest is nicely engraved in an ivy leaf pattern. There is a silver ring chain attachment on the hinged side. Hallmarked Birmingham for 1912, the makers mark W.H.S is for W.H. Sparrow.
Condition: Very Good. Occasional very small dents on the outside, the inside shows signs of being well used typical of its age. The cover fits tightly and the hinge is intact.
