Walker & Hall Boxed Cake Knife & Spoon Set

A boxed Walker & Hall cake knife and spoon set. There are some hallmarks on the knife but I cannot make them out, and they need a clean, also the collar on the spoon needs attached and should not be a hard job, a nice boxed vintage set that has nice design, I have not described them as silver only because I cannot make the hallmarks out.
Condition: Fair. A small repair needed to collar of spoon, and both items need cleaning.
