Victorian Majolica Strawberry Server

A superb Victorian Majolica strawberry server and probably made by one of the Staffordshire potteries. The server has a thrush perched between two nests at the side of the bowl (cream and sugar) which is decorated with molded strawberry leaves and flowers in naturalistic colours on a blue ground. Impressed number 2514. The bowl is in excellent condition.
Condition: Excellent.
Dimensions: 26m (10 inches) wide x 28cm (11 inches) deep x 13cm (5 inches) high (to top of bird)
