This is a high quality lead crystal cordial glass, probably dating to between 1770 and 1780.
The trumpet shaped bowl has a moulded ribbed pattern in its lower part, which has been formed by pressing the glass into a mould prior to blowing into the final shape. The ribbing therefore extends downwards onto the short stem. The foot has a folded rim and a central rough pontil.
It has a height of approximately 10.1cm, with a diameter at the rim of about 5.1cm and at the foot of about 5.7cm.
It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks.
