A mid to late 17th Century Oak Coffer. English. Original condition throughout including all panels, pin hinges, lock and escutcheon. Bottom rail, top rail and central stile are all carved in different designs, as are the front and side panels. Although the front is made from two panels, there is a four-panel carved design - a nice feature.
Condition: Excellent. Original throughout. All wood and ironwork. Nice mid-Oak colour.
