WHITE CASED GLASS ART VASE WITH BLUE NET PATTERN

A clever and eye catching art vase of tapered brick form cased in clear over white with an overlaid blue net and bubble pattern to both sides. Stylus signed "VH 88", plus further signature "Harsbr[u]s" plus additional freehand signature, the latter not readable.
