MOULDED & CUT CRYSTAL VASE w/ GILT FISH MOTIF, POSSIBLY BACCARAT

A striking and heavy goblet shape crystal vase on a pedestal stem and wide facet cut base. The vase has a deep moulded diamond pattern above a facet cut band, and features a central gilded cartouche of two tropical fish swimming amongst weed fronds on a stippled acid finish ground; further embellishments include gilt bands and a sixteen point star to the base. Circa 1950s, possibly Baccarat. Article measured in centimetres and rounded to the nearest quarter inch.
Condition: Good. light rubbing to the gilt of one fish fin and weed frond; some stand wear to the under-base; nothing further found - if you have any questions about this item, contact me. Seller operates a 100% purchase price money back returns policy if not completely satisfied.
