Stunning J A S Shoolbred and Co Inlaid mahogany desk
This fabulous mahogany desk by JAS Shoolbred and Co is in fabulous condition with marquetry foliate detailing to the drawer fronts and satinwood inlay to the top and sides, a sure sign of quality. The elegant tapering legs stand on original brass bucket casters which have been professionally buffed. The antique green leather skive is gilt tooled and has been replaced to give a beautiful surface for use as a desk or a dressing table. The pretty brass gallery adds to the whole overall look of this lovely versatile antique desk.
