A silver cased Victorian watch with the Birmingham hallmark for 1891. The rear cover is polished almost smooth, there are a couple of small dents at the edge. The hinged front & rear covers close firmly & evenly. The dial is excellent with no chips or cracks. The 'glass' is a perspex replacement. The lever movement is wound & set with a key & has the original brass dustcover. The movement is signed Jones & Jones Porth. 218568 (this number is also on the inner part of the case) Running well & keeping good time.
